Course Outline


From this training, attendees will gain valuable insight into how they can improve their own diversity and inclusion efforts. Attendees will improve their confidence and resilience by developing interpersonal skills and providing the opportunity to learn from peers.

Themes explored include passion and purpose, trust, unconscious bias, privilege and microaggressions. The training will lead to the development of an inclusive work culture, improved staff wellbeing, and greater retention.
