Pathways Programme

Programme Registration for Cohort 1 closed on Friday 15th October 2021 and we are now processing entries.

Applications are now open for Cohort 2 starting April 2022

Engineering students from diverse backgrounds face multiple barriers in securing graduate employment in engineering. As a solution to this, we have designed the EqualEngineers Pathways Programme which will ensure greater employability outcomes for engineering students by 2025.

We have delivered over 20 careers fairs since 2017 connecting over 10,000 students with opportunities in engineering and technology.

To make a significant impact on the diversity of the engineering workforce, better support needs to be made available to engineering students in securing employment over a longer period during their studies.
