Accessibility

Welcome to the EqualEngineers Disability Network – a pioneering platform committed to advancing inclusion and support for individuals with disabilities within the engineering sector. Our mission is to cultivate a nurturing environment that welcomes people with disabilities, alongside their neurotypical and able-bodied peers. We aim to bridge the gap between lived experiences and professional environments, ensuring that every engineer, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, feels valued and integrated. Our network extends to those with visible and invisible disabilities, whether diagnosed or identified through lived experience, and their allies and family members.
