EqualEngineers has always been at the forefront of promoting diversity and inclusion within the engineering sector. In 2023, we laid the foundation for this commitment by establishing the
Neurodiversity Network and the Menopause Network, aimed at supporting and understanding the unique challenges faced by these groups. Continuing this trajectory, 2024 saw the introduction of two significant networks: InterEngineering, our LGBTQ+ Network which is now part of EqualEngineers , and the REACH Network, which stands for Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage. These initiatives are not just services but are a testament to the social value that EqualEngineers is creating.
Our networks regularly hold events both in person and online as well as coming together for our annual Networks Conference.
