Dr Mark McBride-Wright MBE is the Founder and CEO of EqualEngineers. A chartered chemical engineer with a background in health and safety, Mark brings authority, insight and a strong audience presence to hosted events. He is widely recognised for his work on diversity, equity, inclusion and psychological safety in engineering, and is an experienced speaker across industry, education and leadership settings. Mark is particularly well suited to hosting events where credibility, thoughtful discussion and strong subject-matter knowledge are essential.

Fayon Dixon is a broadcaster, host and facilitator with extensive experience across live events, TV broadcasts, STEM networking events, webinars and hybrid formats.
