Our foundational content is comprised of two sessions, delivered either face-to-face or online, with a workbook that supports learning. The training allows participants to better empower or create a more inclusive workplace culture. This is bolstered further through access to selected EqualEngineers Academy online modules, professionally developed around key topics. With our expertise in Engineering culture, we have trained thousands within the engineering and technology sector.
Our training course is structured with two sessions, accompanied by a tailored workbook provided between sessions for self-reflection. To optimise the learning experience, we recommend a maximum of 15 participants per training session. This smaller group size enables personalised attention, active engagement, and meaningful interactions, fostering a supportive environment for learning and growth.

The journey to true understanding of DEI is an individual one. We all have a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds. Our workbook supports participants to reflect on their own lived experience and make the learning relevant. This is supplemented by additional sources and resources, and can be tailored to the client’s context.
