Mechanical Contract Manager
We are working with a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, an opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager has arisen to join the team.Â
The client are interested in hearing from candidates with a mechanical trade or engineering background working within the Construction industry.Â
Accountabilities
- Manage projects from tender handover to completion. This will be including programming, procurement, design development, coordination.Â
- Ensuring claims are submitted on time.Â
- Ensure all variations are captured and priced.Â
- Managing client expectations & successful commissioning.Â
Requirements
- A Mechanical trade or engineering background working within the Construction industry.Â
- Experience in a similar role/environment.Â
