This impactful event featured an inspiring panel of speakers, including Chinwe Odili, an award-winning offshore structural engineer and Chair of the ECITB’s Innov8 Group, and Izzy Okosun, a transformative business leader, Diaspora Editor at Egogo News Hub, and founder of NourishByDezign. Both speakers shared their experiences and insights on redefining success, resilience, and the impact of diversity within engineering and beyond.
