This course is designed to empower leaders and managers to create a more inclusive workplace culture. Programme Outcomes

Programme Structure

Our training course is structured with two sessions, accompanied by a tailored workbook provided between sessions for self-reflection. To optimise the learning experience, we recommend a maximum of 15 participants per training session. This smaller group size enables personalised attention, active engagement, and meaningful interactions, fostering a supportive environment for learning and growth.

Session 1
Exploring DEI and its Impact in On/Off-Site Settings

Developing a deep understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) practices is crucial for fostering inclusive cultures in both on-site and off-site environments, leading to increased engagement, collaboration, and overall organizational success.

Session 2
Empowering All for an Inclusive Environment

By actively developing leadership skills focused on fostering an inclusive culture, individuals can play a vital role in cultivating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
