Simon is a management consultant specialising in behaviour and culture change, with 25 years of experience in the Energy sector. Born deaf and reliant on hearing aids and lipreading, he struggled during COVID-19 due to masks, which inspired him to launch WeSupportDeafAwareness to improve communication for the deaf. Recently, he founded Unseen Aware, a movement to help organisations better engage with individuals who have hidden disabilities.
