Jamie Chestnutt is a Chartered Engineer with a career in operational engineering, starting in the Royal Navy as a helicopter engineer and pilot. He has served as Technical Director at a major UK theme park and is now Director of Engineering for the RNLI. His expertise in safety, processes, and delivery informs his work supporting DEI networks. Jamie is a member of the Women’s Engineering Society, a Male Ally, and an advocate for STEM, safety, and wellbeing at national events.
