Chris is the co-founder and lead advisor at HancockHamlin, a research-based, enablement, training and coaching company that helps people and organisations operate effectively in complex and emergent environments. Originally a process control engineer, Chris’ more recent work has been in technical and business consultancy, focussing on development and sustainability. He is a qualified Co-Active coach with a passion for helping technical and scientific leaders to broaden their perspectives and find the fulfilment they strive for.
