EqualEngineers Appointed to Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4)

EqualEngineers is delighted to announce its appointment to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4), marking the company’s first time being awarded a place on this prestigious framework.

MCF4 provides UK public sector organisations with a trusted route to procure high-quality consultancy services across a wide range of areas, including Central Government Departments, Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Housing Associations, Charities, and Devolved Administrations.

EqualEngineers will be offering its expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership, and organisational development, particularly within the engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors. With a strong track record of delivering programmes that help organisations attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, EqualEngineers brings a values-driven, impact-focused approach to supporting the public sector.

Poggy Murray Whitham, part of the Senior Leadership Team at EqualEngineers who leads on Business Development, says:

“EqualEngineers’ mission is to transform workplaces by building diverse and equitable cultures of inclusion and belonging. MCF4 gives us the opportunity to partner with public sector organisations to deliver meaningful change, from improving recruitment and retention to empowering leaders through programmes like The SAFE Leader.”

Mark McBride-Wright, Founder & CEO of EqualEngineers then added:

“I am VERY excited that EqualEngineers has successfully secured a spot on Lot 5 HR for the MCF4.
We have been pursuing public sector opportunities for a few years now, and these have helped us grow and take part in deep and meaningful projects.
I am confident that inclusion on this framework will help us radically expand our impact, and I look forward to building new relationships and partnerships in the coming years through it.”

This appointment reflects EqualEngineers’ proven ability to deliver innovative consultancy and training solutions, such as its flagship The SAFE Leader Framework, which empowers leaders to Share, Act, Feel, and Empower. The framework provides practical tools for embedding inclusive leadership and creating cultures where people and organisations can thrive.

EqualEngineers’ inclusion on MCF4 builds on its extensive work with industry, government, and professional bodies, supporting organisations to meet their strategic objectives while creating measurable social impact.
