#100Stories
Engineering role models

EqualEngineers is on a mission to transform what engineering and technology looks like. To attract, develop and retain a more diverse workforce.

Experiential learning through storytelling. It's powerful. It makes people see new points of view...understand the journey's people have been on to get to where they are. And any barriers they have had to overcome.

Maybe others will experience these barriers too. Hearing your story might just make them avoid these pitfalls. To adopt better strategies for coping in times of need.

Female engineers; black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) engineers; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) engineers; disabled engineers, and so on....

we need your help!
